SELECTION PROCESS
The ISCHA3 Scientific Program Committee has now reviewed all abstract submissions to be included in the technical program. Abstracts have been selected either for a short oral presentation (duration: 20 min.; allotted number: 20) or a poster presentation (duration: 1 hour; flexible allotted number). When a request for an oral presentation could not be fulfilled, ISCHA3 reserved the right to redirect the contribution to the poster session, with the approval of the author.

 

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
The review process is now complete and all authors have been notified about the status of their abstract. If you know you have submitted an abstract and have not yet been contacted of if you have a scheduling conflict, please immediately email the organizing committee at ischa3udem@gmail.com. Please note that formal acceptance depends on registration fee payment by the presenting author, who also has the responsibility to inform all co-authors of any scheduling arrangements made for the presentation.

 

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Registrations will be acknowledged in writing to the email address provided by the registrant. If you have not received a written confirmation within seven days please contact us.

 

PUBLICATION OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS
The submission of the abstracts constitutes the authors' consent to publication. If the abstract is accepted, the authors agree that their abstracts are published on the ISCHA3 website (schedule page).
